The PAL version that was on ebay is a submission version, so it is supposed to be clean, without bugs.

I will try to have more informations about that when the Australian guy who won the auction will receive his cartridge.

Hi guys, I'm the Aussie that won the eBay cart, I am still waiting on its arrival, I've purchased a gameshark so that I could dump the game for you all but it looks like team carrot beat me to it! I've been told that NOE had asked for the bugs to be removed and this is the final product. There is only three carts in existence and I would love to hear from any one who owns one. Just bummed out everyone is playing the game before I had a chance!

Oh so the Carrort Version is not the same Version from that board? Interesting.
The submission sheet from that ebay version shows that this was the second submission.
So the Carrort version could be befor or after.

 

Someone else has acquired a copy, and will be uploading it when it's dumped, so it will be interesting to see if it's in any way different from the others:
