I would have though "Magical Drop 2 not for sale" is a promo cart of some kind? There'll be hundreds of variations of these, as they were sent out to magazines as review samples, stores for store demos etc. Unless you know something about that particular cart that I don't.

Chrono Trigger V-Jump I have heard of, V-jump made a walkthrough and held a contest (?) to win copies of the game. The packaging is different but the contents are standard. I don't know about Tengai Makyo Zero V-Jump but I'd assume it's a similar deal.

    Thanks!
That's all I know. I own the Chrono Trigger one but I need more infos on how the contest has been done and when.

I am looking for infos on the PC-Engine Power Console module too.

Must be referring to the Magical Drop 2: Bunka Housou Version. There is only one (very expensive) version. I took some pictures of the showcase at Super Potato and posted them in my Japan Winter 2006 Report. Yoshi's Cookie & Kunio Kun Dodgeball Zenin Shuugou! Tournament Special gold SFC cart are among them.

If you want the end-all-be-all PC-Engine rarities site, check out the links section of my site, for PC-Engine Paradise. He's got a "hibaihin" section which has more information/pics than just about anywhere on the net.

You will be looking for a long time. Only one has ever been known to go on sale, and the asking price was 3 million yen.

In the december 1989 PC Engine Famitsu, there are a lot of nice pictures about the POWERCONSOLE.

3 million Yens is NOT the final price of the PowerConsole auction, at the end there was not bid. It's just a price to show the PowerConsole.
