Yeah, that's apparently a third party product for messing with the contents of 360 HDDs (well, without taking them out of the case at least). You're missing the hardware part of the kit; maybe it works anyways if you connect the HDD directly, but I think these days there's better solutions anyways. archive.org mirror of the site here, Swiss shop stocking these here.
