Yeah, speed runs are great.

TBH I'm not sure why that 16 star one is allowed, as it surely breaks the rules on that site that you're not supposed to utilise exploits?

I know on some sites (including this for some things) there are records with and without exploits, e.g. Mario Kart on the GBA.

Some very talented people there! I watched the full Goldeneye vid, very nice! Ahh, brought back memories

 

Got any links to some speedrun sites retro ?

Does anyone remember the Mario Kart 64 Rainbow Road shortcut? Man, I used to do that all the time. It used to piss my friends off every time I did it :smt042

There were, I think, two.

The one where you jump off the left side at the very beginning and land on the track below. I had that move mastered, and I would use it all the time :-D

 

Yes but the second one put you ahead of the spiral when you fly off the left side.
