Installed SuperCIC, reset button does nothing..

Hey guys!
I installed a SuperCIC on my 3rd SNES (SNSP-CPU-01). The console boots up with the LED flashing red once, then it stays green. Pressing the reset button does nothing; no region change, no resetting the console.
What could I have done wrong? Which pin on the CIC controls this? Thanks

EDIT: I figured it out.. I soldered pin 13 on the wrong side of the 10K resistor
