    Maybe you could state the "bad" file name (virustotal accepts only 128mb, this is 200+), or the antivirus you're using, and/or compare the "offending" exe with older posts of it; in short: I'm pretty sure it's a false alarm. These are the exact files as they appeared on that FTP in 2008, even the exact same .rar I created back then. But if you're afraid just delete it.
