here's some sealed N64's. 3400 w/ zero bids. Yeah, Pikachu model, but the N64 isn't the most collectible machine out there.

The only thing in the SFC section I found was this SFC Junior. 22,800 w/ no bids -- no telling how long it's been there.

I think in Japan you might get 10,000 to 13,000 for a new SFC, but westerners have proven time and time again 'sealed' doesn't mean as much to them.

I know Pikachu models are extremely common new since nobody wants them ;) They can be had for $70 or so new maybe even shipped on eBay and appear very often, even with US importers.

To be honest most N64's are not worth very much at the moment. Hell even the limited ones can be picked up pretty cheaply.

Hang on to your consoles though as in years to come the supply will eventually dry up, at the moment its still too early. N64 is normally a pain to collect for if you want pristine boxes thanks to nintendo's cardboard fetish. Anyway if your interested heres a list of every JPN N64 in order of rarity (rough list not set in stone)

    Clear black N64DD edition
ANA clear blue edition, Justco 30th anniversairy clear grey / clear white edition
Daei hawks (japanese baseball team i think) clear orange / clear black edition
Toys r us gold edition, toys r us midnight blue edition
Clear red / clear white edition, clear blue / clear white edition
Pikachu orange edition, pikachu blue edition
    Normal N64 (black)

That may be so but for new consoles? You can find so called limited edition consoles new for peanuts especially the Pikachu/clear <color> ones.

Well Yakumo picked me up a totally brand new clear blue N64 from toys r last year and he just paid retail for it. The regular black ones are really easy to get hold of even brand new.

Problem is nobody can guarantee that a JPN N64 they buy is totally brand new as they never sealed them, same with the games.

To repeat -- I just don't think westerners are going to shell out big bucks b/c something like an SFC b/c it's new. Maybe 20% more than something that's mint maybe, but not much more. I've bitten the bullet on many such items I hoped to arb. :(
