My old man recently came across out a bunch of Pong ICs in his garage, which he would like to get rid of.

They're all AY-3-8600's (see here or here). We're talking naked chips here, so to actually play with them you'd need to add some circuitry - or maybe someone needs one as a replacement in a broken system (see this list for which systems are based on which chip).

Not too much circuitry, it is a fun project to make up. Although these are all PAL chips so no use for our friends in NTSC land.

These arent really worth much, you can buy complete generic pong system for under 10 euros. The chips alone are probably worth 2 to 6 euros at most.
