In this thread I want to list links to console/arcade related Ebay-categories on German Ebay and translate them. cause Im bored and not time for bed yet!
I also offer German<->English translations. If I run into problems with that - my wifes mother tongue is English(US)

By the way is it true that Germany prohibit the importation of video games?
According to our AusPost the video games are among the banned list with Germany...

 

As far as I know you all that can happen to you is that the border-control opens up your package (~15%) and charges you some extra bucks for extra-taxes.
If you label the content "wrong" the chances are even smaller to have your package controlled.
To the thread - that would be exporting games etc. - definetly allowed

 

as prime already said, the import is definetly allowed, but taxes can be a pain in the ass if they open up your package.

for example my liksang order, ~100€, they opened it and i had to pay extra 25€ grrr:angry

best thing is, you let the seller label it as gift

 

go to http://www1.auspost.com.au/pac/ and choose Germany as International parcel. Then choose any weight and you will see the prohibited item list at the bottom of screen...

Over here even if it's gift we still declare the physical content as well...

Yea.. well Credit-Cards also are not that common here!
Id say ~70% pay cash in a supermarket and the rest with cash-cards.

Well if theres really that much good stuff I can offer to act as a relay to wherever.
But in that case I would Ebay&pay the items and you can pay me via PayPal.
That way theres German law backing up a buy.
Before I would send items to your location you would have to pay me in advance.

If you are from Europe you can pay via bank-transfer using BIC/IBAN codes - no extra charges etc.
