    I cannot find one of these anywhere. As long as it turns on, the HDD can be broken because I'm going to replace it with compact flash anywhere. I'm looking for the very first generation iPod here. If you have one to sell and will ship to England, reply with pics/price please!:thumbsup:

    Yeah, I found one for 400 bucks on eBay, but thats over my budget.

    I have one without battery or drive that has a few scratches, but does work...
    I'll get pics up in an hour or two if you are looking for a project system.

    The spinny wheel is indeed awesome.

    the battery MAY be from a 20gb 2nd gen model, but it's pretty much dead anyway, and I can leave it out if you'd prefer...
