Did some multimeter job to get the iQue pinout. Good news S-video is available on the port. iQue controller use same hardware as normal n64 controller, so you can plug real n64 controller. But need to power then externally. 1 - Controller #3 input 2 - Y (S-Video) 3 - GND (Video) 4 - GND (Audio) 5 - Audio L 6 - GND 7 - Batt Data?? 8 - Power input + 9 - Power input + 10 - Power input - 11 - Power input - 12 - Batt data ?? 13 - GND (Audio) 14 - Audio R 15 - Composite Video 16 - C (S-Video) 17 - Controller #2 input 18 - Controller #4 input The multiplayer box do passthrough the S-video signal, but unfortunately the cable that go between the iQue and that box don't pass the S-Video signal, so to use the multiplayer box with s-video you would need to mod that cable.
lol nice. Now if only someone could crack the flash card. =/ I love the ique but hate it's small software selection.
In your pinout where it says "Controller # input", would that just be the data line of the N64 controller? On a slightly off topic note, is there a better place to get ique players than ebay from the guy located in China? I think he charges about $100 shipped.
Yes it's the data line of controllers maybe the term input is not appropriated since it's bidirectional... I got mines directly from a guy in China who buy them for me through taobao.com. It's still expansive IIRC. Since that he got have a website: http://www.taobaoagent.com/info/introduction
