Is it possible to rgb mod a pal master system with mb3514 video encoder

    As the title says. Is it possible to rgb mod this console? I can get composite out of it, but I'm looking for something better.

    Yes , from what I remeber you can, pinout should be the same as cxa1145p

    yeah you can but why not go for arcadetv's his RGB bypass ? Since that uses the VDP signals ?

    You can keep encoded video and resolve the signal coupling (jailbars) in the video, all at the same time. ;) Some 'ole school through-hole love.

    I recommend you spend the extra $2 or $3 and upgrade to a CXA2075. The MB3514 is a mediocre chip at best, and was used in many model 2 Genesis systems with lack luster results.
