I used to love this game and think it wouled be the perfect co-op game (which is what I'm looking for). I've been looking for something fun to do with my cousins, who live a couple provinces away, on Xbox Live and I thought I had foudn the answer with Streets of Rage 2. However, according to some of the reviews I've read the online co-op is unplayable the lag is so bad. Is this true? What other games would you reccomend for good co-op? I have Worms already and Undertow.. But, my cousins hate those 2...
I have not played it co-op. However if seems most of arcade ports have "issues" from what I have read regarding co-op play
I only played co-op on SOR2 when the game was first released. At that time, I didn't notice any real slowdowns. You can also try Golden Axe and Double Dragon if you're after old school co-op arcade gameplay.
I would take a gander at gamefaqs.com as if there are any issues you can be sure you'll see people whine about it.
Even if there aren't any issues they'll whine about it on Game Faqs. That said I noticed NO LAG in SOR 2
