    Hello everyone,

I recently bought a IS Nitro Capture and I live in the U.S. It came from the U.K. and has a U.K. Gamecube power cord which has a different cord than mine.

My question is do I have to use the U.K. Gamecube power cord which came with the IS Nitro Capture or can I use my U.S. Gamecube power cord? Are IS Nitro Captures region locked for games and what power cords we use with the units? Do I need to buy a voltage converter and a outlet adapter to use the cord that came with IS Nitro Capture from the seller in order to use the unit?

I know that the power cord which came with the IS Nitro Capture, the seller bought to test the device, so it is not its original cord. The cord did power the unit, so I am not sure if I can use my cord or not? Also if I did use my U.S. Gamecube power cord, would it possibly damage my unit or not? Or would it work just fine?

If anyone knows and wouldn't mind letting me know either by posting on this thread or PM me, I would appreciate it.

    Thanks for listening.

Check them both, they should both be 12v DC on them (output).
If they match then yes the US PSU will work.
