I notice that there isn't any download for PSM on psdevwiki, I was recently looking for stuff on a hard drive and found PS Mobile SDK 1.21.00 and 1.21.02 on it.

According to the rules, it should be fine as long as it's not a direct link; however I'd suggest you double-check with a mod/admin first.

Is it still possible to use PSM on the Vita now that it is no longer supported?
I have not used my Vita in a long time and I had lost the software off my PC.

Anyone know what the last version of PSM Dev Assistant was?
I have just updated from v1.14 to v1.15.
My Vita still keeps saying that I need to update the application, but it is not giving me any option to update it.
The PSM Dev for Unity app is doing the same, that is on version 1.06.

Rejuvenate can forge a PSM dev assistant license for 1 day (up until 00:00), before you have to repeat the process again. (it's a bit of a pain, but it's the only way and it still works, so...)
I'm afraid I couldn't tell you for sure whether it's possible to transfer and run apps made with PSM SDK as I've never touched that stuff, however I know for sure it's possible to transfer and run content made in Unity PSM cuz I did some work around it earlier this year.

The final version of PSM dev assistant was 1.15; PSM dev Unity was 1.06.
If you need the PC software again, hit me up and I can sort out some links.

Thank you for the info it was very helpful, I now have PSM and Unity back on my Vita :).

I just want to point out that I was unable to use Rejuvenate whilst I was on firmware 3.35 because Rejuvenate requires the Vita to be able to access an email account. Whilst on 3.35 I tried many different email accounts with different settings, but nothing worked. I even tried a gmx.com account which some threads had suggested.
In the end I manually updated the firmware to 3.51 and I was able to then setup the email account to be accessed on the Vita.

Also I don't know if anyone else has tried installing PSM SDK 1.21.02 from the link above, but I kept getting an "Installer integrity check" error message. I tried downloading it a couple of times.

I have found working links for PSM SDK 1.21.02 and PSM SDK 2.00.00, but the forum rules still appear to be against sharing Vita software?

    Edit:
Just saw the updated rules for October 2017 and this is an off-site link, so should be fine:
