Anyone here knows if it difers from the pal version of the game? You know, apart from the 60hz thing, the ntsc jap version is a slight more gore?? thanks in advance.
You mean in the cut scenes? I'm not sure what the PAL version has/doesn't have, but the Jap Saturn version is identical to the Jap PS1 version as far as the cut scenes like showing Chris smoking, the actual head rolling off and the severed arm. Minus the vocal version of the opening when the cast is shown that is only in the original Jap PS1 version. I didn't notice any in game changes.
The only real uncut version is the PC version. As far as I can remember in the PC version the intro is in color and in the japanese Sega Saturn version it's just black and white.
