Don't get me wrong I dont think that guy should be part of this community; however when you call someone a "damn dumb ass bitch" they dont usually think as highly of you. Hey, I just call it as I see it. If not tolerating dumb asses makes me an elitist, then by all means I'm an elitist. There's a difference between someone who is ignorant about a subject and wants to learn through a process of research and asking questions, with the asking questions part coming AFTER the research, and someone who is a "dumb ass" who spams a forum by asking a lot of useless questions. Get my point?

 

Especially questions that are answered on every other game site on the net.

 

Listen, it's not that I dont agree with you I am just trying to make a couple of points:
1. I was joking about this. There is no reason to get defensive. It was a small comment not meant to make people angry.
2. I am not saying you, or anyone else on this forum is an elitist. However, you have to understand that people like sega, who are probably blind to their own idiocy, are going to think that people here look down upon them, even though we are just pointing out their own stupid mistakes.

Finally I'd like to point out that I hate the recent abundance of forum idiots as much as the next guy. But this is what happens when sites get big and gain in popularity. There really is no way for us to get some sort of a bad reputation unless we turn into a place like gamefaqs where stupid people are the norm, and I know that none of us want that to happen. Anyway, I am sorry for the long post and making this thread go so off-topic, but I hope you can see my point.
