Is there a way to combine WAV+ISO into a bin/cue image file?

I know it's possible but can't really find any info on the subject.

I have a Sonic 1 converted to SEGA CD ISO and I'd like to be able to combine it instead of it being read by emulators as an ISO/WAV combo.

I recall doing this many years ago with a Sega Saturn ISO that was giving me trouble, but I can't recall the specific way I did it. Hmm...

I'm going off of a vague memory, so I could very well be wrong, but I think what I did was burn the ISO+MP3 to a blank CD, then used Alcohol 120% to create the Bin/Cue files using the copy I just made. I think that's how I did it.

There was a method of putting the wav into a new folder and using that folder to make the .cue file out and the .iso being repacked as a .bin file.

Can you load the ISO file into another program and repack it as .bin/.cue with the attached .wav file? Isobuster (can handle multiple track sections to have the iso and wav sections seperated) or MagicISO may be able to do that off the top of my head but it's been a while since I've fiddled around with Genesis or Saturn discs.

There should be some tools mainly labeled for the Saturn that should be able to do what you're after with the Sega CD disc but I've no idea what they're called now.

Mount the image on a virtual drive such as daemon tools. Then open up an image creating/burning program that can create a bin/cue; such as imgburn.

I have tried all methods except burning the disc. Which is what I'm trying to avoid but it seems it's the only way.

    Just registered to say this:

The tool you need is "Sega CUE Maker".

    http://www.racketboy.com/downloads/sega-cue-maker.htm

That tool will create a CUE out of the ISO/WAV files you have.
Then, mount the CUE with Alcohol 120% Virtual drive or similar.
Now with the image mounted, just use Alcohol 120% (prefered), CDRWin (outdated, not shure if it still works with current OS's) or other tool that supports the creation of BIN/CUE format to create an image out of the mounted ISO/WAV.

Also, don't forget that MODE1 ISO uses 2048 and MODE2 BIN + AUDIO uses 2352.

    Don't use Nero, won't work.

Other that that way, only way is to burn the CD...

    BTW: @Administrators:

If someone would be kind enough to help me out with my original registration username.
My original account is "MDashK". But for some reason, I can't access ANYTHING on the site edit-related:

Can't post, can't access my profile, can't do almost nothing. Don't know why...
I already sent 2 e-mails via "Contact Us" but got no luck so far... So, if anyone can help me out with that, would be very gratefull.
    Thanks!

My method works, I've done it before multiple times. Its the exact same as burning as disc but you're not using a physical disc.
