Is there way to rip music off a retail disk? I want a copy of the Sonic Adventure US Music/Video?, the one the plays intro before you press start (I hope I'm explaining it right.) For some reason I like that song.

I wanted the title music to MSR...
My god, took a lot of tools and time to eventually get that! It was a single-channel WAV, quite dissapointing and has a partial whine in it, but heck, sometimes it's cool!

Either download a rip off the internet (though this is likely to be downsampled and not of the quality on the original GD-ROM, thus less than ideal) and pull it apart looking for any of the audio files. I believe they're .adx but don't take my word for it.

Or rip it yourself via BBA, serial cable or usb cable and find the music files yourself in an untouched format. Though you will have to find a player capable of handling the format the audio is in or converting it to something such as mp3, ogg, etc.

Probably can find a OST release somewhere with the song on it, SEGA did release a ton of game sound tracks onto CD.
