I think you mean 'Is this a good buy?' - and the owner is another AG member, recently posting the details in the eBay thread as Jamtex suggests. I would not comment on whether it was a good price or otherwise as it is really down to the purchaser to establish a price they are willing to pay. If however you are unsuccessful then you may wish to contact Mattcp (an infrequent AG member) who had a few early Japanese PS2 Test units for sale recently.
If you can get through to him, that is. He magically disappeared when the TEST I bought off him got lens issues just a few weeks after purchase...
Hmm, not had that sort of issue with the guy although I know he did send back a supposedly repaired item to another member that actually had another fault on it.
