    I've heard of it before.

Didn't know that it was worth that kind of money. Can't comment on it's legitimacy one way or the other....

  5. Surely if this is a bootleg VB cart, it must be quite rare. Chinese pirates only seem to clone/bootleg popular stuff, and the VB isn't the most popular console in existance. Can't see there being too many of these in existance, let alone many outside China.

    Very interesting.

Yeah, I don't think it's a bootleg. I've seen these super-rare VB carts listed for more than this.

In japan nitnendo does not have the seal of approval logo, if you buy any famicom/superfamicom or japanese 64 games it will just have that text printed at the bottom, trust me its not a pirate as this game is widely disscesed for its rarity in the virutal boy circles.

    Virtual Bowling and Nester

Virtual Bowling is *NOT* Nester's Funky Bowling.

Hence the obscene price for the Japanese game.

It is quite rare, but it also quite sucketh. :)

Nice Virtual boy items. I wish the seller didn't call standard LCD games (e.g. Tomy) Game & Watch though.

As for Cosmos, yes it is extremely rare, and yes it is worth a lot of money. Perhaps that's a lot, but that's what it'll take for him to part with it, and if someone will pay that, then cool. And item is only worth what someone is willing to pay.

I have one of the holograms for Cosmos :)
