So I bought a SNES with a few games the other day and on inspection I found a label that had Nintendo's UK address on it.

I have never seen it before and want to know if it has any significant meaning eg if it was a demo unit ect.

    Cheers guys.

You are probably correct. That looks to be an in-store demo console.

I've had at least one of these on a PAL SNES before now (I've sold enough on over the years!) - the one I had was the same, but the standard grey label was also on the console.

I think these were put on by Nintendo UK (was the company that oversaw the UK market called THE Games back in the 90's?) when a unit came back from repair - it's possible that your unit had the standard label removed and they used that space to put this sticker on.

This is what I think too. I'm sure I have one with the grey label and this label, possibly just that some kid removed the label before it went in for repair?
I've also got a GBC with a Nintendo Service Centre label on it..
