Recently I got Katana dev kits and I am trying to learn how to use them. Anyways I have been reading the forum and apparently the Adaptec 2940u card is the way to go it seems. I found this one on eBay and just want someone else's opinion that this is the correct card before I buy it.

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ADAPTEC-AHA-2940-2940u-PCI-SCSI-ADAPTER-CARD-/190532455628?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item2c5c9e8ccc#ht_1600wt_936

Also, is the only other thing I need to get this Katana running is the 50 pin male to male SCSI cable (and the sdk of course)?

    Thanks!

Ok that's good. I was expecting only one dev kit, but I ended up with two. :) One does not want to boot up (black screen) but I think it may need to be flashed. But I can only do one thing at a time so my first focus is to obtain the hardware. (cables, card, terminator)
