    That's no good to hear. He certainly had one of the most memorable voices in all of soul music. He'll always be the Duke of New York, ay-numba 1 too me.

    The media say Hayes had just recently completed acting in "Soul Men", and that Bernie Mac is also in that film who died the previous day. Weird.

    This is creepy. I was just thinking to myself it seems like there's a sudden chain on famous black entertainers passing on. It may sound cruel(I'm a cruel bastard at heart) but I was guessing Bill Cosby tomorrow. I don't WANT it to happen of course...man I'm cold.

    But ya, that album covers raises the brow a bit. I fear tomorrow now...
    You have to wonder how much money the Church of Scientology got out of him over his life time. Imagine what they're reaping from him now :(
