Hi guys, Long time lurker first time poster. Never had anything really to say before untill now. Went to a local boot fair today and picked up 4 UCET pre production PSP games. When I was trying to research Isle of Minno I found that it was a unreleased PSP game. Can some enlighten me on the story about this game? I got UCET-00372/0.01 - Creation date 12.05.2006 Is this Pre production worth anything? I am trying to save up as we are looking to start a family so I am going to selling off some of my promotional copies, dupes and oddities soon. Also has there been one sold in the past or leaked on the internet yet?
There was a thread about this game once, far as I remember there was no leak and no copies being sold here.
That's is definitely an interesting find, since the game is unreleased. It was developed by Sumo Digital in 2006, and it's some kind of game for kids, something "Animal-Crossing-ish", so as such is not a "big deal". Don't get me wrong, finding an unrealeased game is always great, but I hope you understand what I mean. Still, I think Isle of Mino is rather a demo, and it either got cancelled kinda early in development or it was never meant to be anything more than that. There's not too much info about it I guess, so I think it's now up to you to share some details about it!
I don't know, if it's completely unreleased and not on any other platform I'd guess some proto/beta collectors might pay good money for it - I'd throw it on eBay and see what happens. I've seen a lot relatively useless betas sell for quite high sums of cash. I wouldn't shoot it down just yet. Would be nice to see some videos documented for the forum and conservation purposes. Would that be possible? Also, do you have any idea how complete it is?
Very interesting ! And very lucky guy ! I read something about this cancelled game somewhere but I need to remember where. But nice found ! I will probably put a bid on it if you try to sell it.
Yeah was pretty crazy finding a proto like that. I never knew I would ever find one like that. But then again I never though Resident Evil 1.5 would get leaked lol. I ordered myself a PSP from ebay to check if its the real deal. I will put up some photos when the PSP turns up and I can give it a spin.
Alright guys so the PSP turned up. And here are some screenshots for you all to ponder over. I have no idea why this game got canned. It is actually pretty decent. The whole thing is playable and looks pretty polished. They even set up gamesharing and multiplayer! The gameplay is decent. The graphics are decent. It's a shame that this game never hit the day of light. As stated before I don't collect PSP so I will be selling this off and I had quite a few people interested in buying it. If you are interested PM me a offer. I rather sell it to someone on this forum otherwise I will be listing it on ebay in a week. Anyway. You posted it twice. The auto-moderation system put it in its approval queue the first time. That might happen again for your next few posts - if you don't see a post appear straight away, just wait - it'll get approved eventually. This copy of Isle of Minno has been sold to a fellow assemblergames member. So due to his/her's best interests I won't be posting any more content as it is now up to them what they wish to do. But I hope you enjoyed the screenshots!
