My only reaction with the issues regarding selling out and colluding regarding indie game makers with blog sites. However the only part I'll do is ignore them. Because I think they're like bullies if you notice them, they will just run with it. The less they're noticed, the earlier they will die. They may be social climbers and abusing their capabilities, but generally this will not take them far. Indie does not automatically mean fun or good game. Didn't even know IDF existed.
Seriously again? Stop spamming the boards with this non-sense, and if you really must talk about it, stick to one topic.
Yeah, we need less topics about this. We should instead have a glut of topics about how the Saturn is secretly the best console ever made. But seriously, try to keep it in one topic (before it gets written off as a non-issue again). Other than that, it's insane just how big this "gamer-gate" thing has gotten. If nothing else, it's -given us an idea of just how deep the corruption in gaming journalism goes -shown us that the indie scene is just as susceptible to corruption as the mainstream -proven SJWs as the truly despicable people they can be
We really can't ignore this anymore because that was we been doing so far and look where it got us. Its too late, they are already in positions of power and they are the gatekeepers to many awards and other prominent events. If you are an indie dev you have to bend over backwards to them. We could avoid them, as in not buying any games in which they were involved and don't even visit any sites were they have any influence. Money talks and if others devs and companies see what working with this clique does to their sales they will be seen by the industry as "toxic" and after that its over for them. Zing!
