For the thousands of Euros you paid in ebay/PP fees over the years they could have at least sent you a high quality certificate via mail or some cheap award statue. Spending some $20 on a very loyal member who supported the company with lots of money over the years is common practice in other corporations. What does that tell us? eBay's a sucker.

Nope each year you should have received one. Latest one I still haven't deleted is from 2011, usually I delete them instantly.
