Parody: a composition that imitates somebody's style in a humorous way make a spoof of or make fun of humorous or satirical mimicry spoof: make a parody of; "The students spoofed the teachers" Thompson is just gonna have to get a thicker skin.
That guy needs some medication.....or less medication if he's already on that. EDIT: what the....? how does he know what the character says in the first mission? BTW this guy is a real egomaniac...
That's bullshit. As long as you include a disclaimer saying "the characters portrayed in this game are entirely fictional and are not in any way based on real persons, events, or places..." or something like that, then there should be no argument whatsoever.
is it ok to laugh ? lol Jack Thomson is more insane than many American TV preachers I have heard on Christian tv with Danish subtitles. Heck, I would be honoured if somebody made a game with me in it, and made the game good. Or else I would probably explain to people why it was so bad, because maybe the game mechanic sucked, the controlls were bad and so forth. Since if I sued, then nobody would get any good out of the cake .
What everyone is already forgetting is that Jack agreed not to threaten or sue Take Two regarding any future titles in order to get TT to drop their legal actions against him.
I'm a little surprised he didn't jump on Persona 3 because of the Evoker gun. Oh wait, its not mainstream. lol
It's probably too complex a game for his pea sized brain to comprehend. That and he only likes playing violent shooters and beat-em-ups (which he sucks at, goes into berserker rages, then starts suing people)
I'm pretty sure gameinformer mag had the story laid out in it awhile back... ..so i imagine jack just read that
I pretty much ignore anything that man says. It's hardly an intelligent debate moved forward by informed discussion. Any interesting points on either side of the divide are totally lost. It's just become personal (atleast in one sides mind). If we don't give Jack further publicity, perhaps indeed he will slowly disappear from our subconcious.
