Where do all these idiots come from? a crackpot vortex? Mr. Jayne has filed suit against Google and its founders for supposed "crimes against humanity," aiding terrorism, and putting his personal safety at risk. The Pennsylvania man filed the suit on Tuesday with a federal court, and asks for $5 billion in damages. That's right: five billion dollars. What's the problem? The handwritten statement of the claim, sums up the main charge: "I, Dylan Stephen Jayne, plaintiff, has [sic] a social security number that when the social security number is turned upside down in its entirety it is a scrambled code that does spell the name Google®." Yep, thats his handwriting, scary huh? The five-page claim—all of which is handwritten—weaves together Jayne's lawsuit against Google and a suit filed in June against the Pike County Correctional Facility, where he was detained and arrested in 2004 for resisting arrest and public drunkenness. The claim is at times confusing, but Jayne believes that personal information made available via Google is indicative of a company that has no respect for humanity. "A person regardless of race or religion that wishes to cause acts of terrorism would look for social security numbers that are made readily available on the public use databases," the filing claims. Jayne also accuses Google of failing to fight terrorism and violating his constitutional right to privacy. He also says that, as a result of his social security number "code," he is at risk of being detained again for assisting in terrorism himself. Jayne proceeds to ask the court to declare that Google and its founders have conspired to violate his constitutional rights, award $5 billion in damages (the first check of which can be in the amount of $250 million, he writes), issue a gag order on all parties involved, seal the record from the public, and deny all avenues for appeal. Do you [also] want fries with that? seriously, a check for $250 million? who the fuck he think he is? We did, however, attempt to determine if any particularly private information on Mr. Jayne was indeed available via Google, as the suit suggests. A quick search for "Dylan Jayne" mostly turns up references to this court case, which includes 23 (handwritten) pages of Exhibits provided by Jayne himself, such as Xerox copies of Jayne's driver's license, social security card, bank account information, debit card, library card, overdraft notices from his bank, and a copy of the "Google code", among other things. In other words, there is plenty of private information about Mr. Jayne online, but all of it appears to stem from this court filing. I dont think any judge out there will give this a second tought before putting Mr. Jayne in the nuthouse, or back in jail where he belongs.
.............? "Dear Kev (aka Assembler) the plaintiff "Parris" sadly regrets to inform you that at 18:16pm on 25th September 2007 at 409, Large Mansions, Big House, Deadend Street, This Town, United Kingdom was suddenly and inadvertantly rendered violently speechless. It is entirely the fault of AG and I regret to inform you that we are seeking compensation to the tune of $19bn (please stick finger in side of mouth at this point)...."
Lol, but that is still really bad... He'll probably be receiving tons of letters stating that he has applied for credit cards, and such.
He could be a nutjob but I think it is more of a case of someone wanting to waste the courts time and resources.
Theres more than one nuthead on the loose: A lawsuit has been filed against Steve Jobs and O.J. Simpson, with allegations of Apple hiring O.J. as a hitman, exhibiting prejudice toward political prisoners by slashing iPhone prices, and cloning Dolly the sheep in 1998. The plaintiff also claimed he is in danger of being radio-wave warped by O.J. for possessing old cards of the Hall of Fame wack job. teh source
