Well are any bookshops or comic shop that sell European comics in Japan? From mainstream things like Tin Tin, Asterix to more obscure like Metabarons and Blacksad (maybe some Hugo Pratt or even Manara)Finally are any European comic being published in Japan or were in the past?

but are they any famous European published in Japan. I mean published and being sold to same places as manga.
In Greece comics like Lucky Luke and Asterix are being sold in every other corner, basically you can find them everywhere.

I guess in Japan something like that wouldn't be the case but still WHO ON THIS EARTH HASN'T READ EVEN ONE ASTERIX ISSUE? :p

    ---edit---

Ok, that was easy, i have just searched on amazon.jp and there are some nice results

They're only sold in bigger bookstores which have a wide selection.
