Japan Post delivery time

I wasn't sure whether to put this here or in the eBay thread, so please tell me if it's in the wrong place. I was looking at Silpheed for the Mega CD on eBay, and there were 2 copies for almost the same price. The only difference was that the base shipping rate for one had an estimated delivery time of 7-14 days, and the other one said it would be 2-4 weeks. To me, that's a pretty sizable difference.

Both of them said they would be shipped by Airmail, and one of them (the 2-4 weeks one) said it would be shipped by Japan Post. The other one didn't say how it would be shipped, but I should think that it would have to be shipped by Japan Post as well, wouldn't it? I'd like to get the one that said 2-4 weeks because it includes the spine card, but not if I have to wait a month to get it.

So, my question is this; which of these sellers is telling the truth? In other words, which one should I buy?

 

Ask the seller. There are basically 4 ways to post from Japan affordably, and they're all offered through the post office:

EMS: 3 days to North America (tracked & insured)
Airmail: 5-7 days to North America
SAL: 2-3 weeks (cheaper than Airmail, but not worth it for small items)
BOAT: 2 months to infinity

A single game via Airmail shouldn't be more than $5 (even though it will only cost them $4 to post in a padded enveleope). EMS will be about $13.
