Japanese AC adapter for a PAL SNES?

    So I've bought over my PAL SNES to Japan. I'd done a bit of research online and it appeared that the Japanese Super Famicom AC adapter should have been compatible with it. The plug doesn't even fit! Do you guys know which AC adapter will? The Mega Drive maybe? Safety shouldn't be an issue, since the PAL SNES is suppose to be both AC and DC compatible so it just needs to be the correct voltage.

    The SNES/Super Famicom/MegaDrive 2 take 10V .85A DC mA. Polarity may vary. I think you could do a mod to your PAL SNES by putting in compatible power jack. I don't know what they look like, but since they are different than the weird looking American SNES one, they could be more common to find in an electronics store.
