This may not be that rare but it should answer some people’s curiosities about Asian Mega Drive stuff. Basically Asian's got Japanese games but every now and then they got western releases which are a mixture of western and Japanese design. The Mega Drive logo is a cross between the Japanese logo and an Asian only gold Mega Drive logo. The cartridges are Japanese standard but with an English warning sticker on the back rather than Japanese. The manuals are normally the US manual with Asian cover prints and a Chinese manual with a monochrome cover. Is it me or is Michael J.Fox now Indiana Jones?
Technically Asian games come in three flavours, Japanese covers (sometimes with stickers over them), the gold Mega Drive label an basically UK / European covers (generally with stickers), a quick google image search will bring up all the variants. Most Asian games are not region locked so the PAL / NTSC stickers tend to be redundant. I remember returning this game to Telegames a few years back as they claimed it was Japanese. The only thing I want to try an get a list of are Gold Label asian games as there does not seem many of them but there is a lack of information on them.
I have a G-Loc one too if that's any help. It's just like the PAL cover like the Indiana one with two manuals and japanese cart shape.
Except there are still lots of ? where there should be pictures... plus there are a few games missing like Viewpoint and Shining in the Darkness.... It helps a bit but it is far from complete. There are two asian regions of PAL and NTSC (plus universal games that are just Asian version...). Mega games 10 is a bit of an odd ball as asian cartridges are Japanese shaped, but Mega Games 10 (of the two carts I could see of it, is a Western shaped cartridge... I also missed the Blue Border variant with a new Mega Drive logo.
OK, I've actually scanned both games for a future update to my site. I notice there are a few scans on your site that are taken from mine Anyway, I'll send you scans of the cover, cartridge and manual (front and back) when I get home tonight.
