    My Japanese is a tad rust but i'm pretty sure it just says - True Fantasy Live Online.

    Well I guess the use of all Katakana is to emphasize the "True Fantasy Live Online" part. My Katana's rubbish, but I'm reading it as "touru fuasotatsu raifu osoraiso" which I take to mean True Fantasy Live Online.
