Japanese menu translation - need help

Hi Guys,

I need some help with some Japanese menu translations. Sofar I have uploaded the main menu in Japanese. Could someone be so kind to translate it for me in English?

What's this from?

The first one, I dunno the kanji but the rest says:

debitsugumenyuu

So something menu (remember that u is often silent in Japanese).

Second says akutaadebitsugumenyuu.

Third says mitsushondebitsugumenyuu (or is that mitsushoso ?)

Penultimate one says aitemumenyuu (item menu).

The one above that says pureiyaadebitsugumenyuu.

The one above that starts with dameeji or dameezi.

Retro, remember that a small "tsu" represents a doubled consonant (of what comes after it).

"So" is a tall version of the "N" character, but with the strokes going downward.
