Anyone got any good recipes for some good Japanese food? I am in the middle of making some anpan, but fear I added too much sugar to the adzuki beans... what happens when you have recipes that use kg/oz/g/lb all in the same recipe... I might be able to convert it to creampan (using custard instead) or mayonnaisepan for the Mrs *wretch* I want rural bread recipe's, suggestions for interesting Yakisoba, things like that.
Try about.com's Japanese cooking site, it's very good. I make a lot of oshi-zushi, but I don't have any specific recipe for it.
