    Because it's rather much text (3 small pages, roughly 1,5 page of raw text)
    I'd offer the person translating $25.
    Anyone fluent in Japanese and English -should- be able to translate it (it's an interview) in roughly an hour or less in which case $25 seems like a reasonable amount.
