    Hi all,

Have some smexy kits in again up for grabs. Both kits will be sold with 21256.12 (17150) recovery installed when shipped. I'll get down to business, I'm sure you wont be dissapointed :)

#1 Jasper Development Kit XDK with Sidecar SOLD
Here I have a grey Jasper development kit. It has a sidecar with, I believe, a 100GB HDD within, no games pre-installed. Used it as my personal kit a few times, what can I say, it runs like a charm, expected nothing better from a Jasper. It does still have the warranty sticker intact. It does have some war wounds, a few minor scratches and the sidecar must have a couple of broken clips as it wont sit correctly, finaly, the USB flap has come off, yetI still have it for the buyer to repair if they wish. Even so, its still a very nice kit, I know you don't see many Jaspers in this colour case. I will be sad to see it go as it's the first grey Jasper with a sidecar I have owned (and I have owned a lot of XDKs :p). I can include a 213w 127v PSU with the sale for free! I'll let the photos do most of the talking! ;)

#2 'RARE' Elite Jasper Demo Kit

Now this kit is a real treasure, the only people I know to be in possesion of a kit such as this are me and XboxSurgeon. Its rather an odd kit in terms of how XDK goes. It is a demo kit, yet all knowledge of demo kits before XboxSurgeon's kit popped up was that they were white kits, so it definatley stands out. It is an elite kit, which is also strange as no other XDK was put in an elite shell, they were grey, just like the XDK above this. It could be considered a prototype as well, adding to it's odities as it has an orange SMC stress light, pretty damn cool. Again, with this one, I used it as a personal kit for a while and it lived up to the mark of a jasper kit, smooth and cool. I'm actually proud to own it as it's that unique buut I've got to let it go now. It comes with a 120GB HDD, no games pre-installed. It has unfortunatley been opeend by the previous owner, but in the proces, he found these neat stickers on the motherboard :) Again, I'll let the pictures do the talking for me! :)

Woah, so for that Demo Kit, that is the original case?! What would the total cost be with shipping to NYC. Totally got me interested!

Just did a rough shipping quote and it was between £230-£270 depending on services and how fast you want it. PM me mate, I'd be happy to sort something out with you. :)

EDIT: Yeah buddy, its the original case :)

Bloody hell, who are you using?

    www.interparcel.com.

I shipped a 10kg box to the US, big enough to fit a microwave oven (I didn't, just saying) and then some. It went on a 48 hour service, insured for I think £250 and it was uhh... in the region of £60-80?

Like I said buddy, it was a rough quote, I use interparcel too. I can't remember the dimensions of the box I use off the top of my head so I plumbed some numbers in which I believe are AROUND the same size. I'll probably get dimensions tonight and put up postage prices for the UK and US on here to help out. Sorry buddy.

EDIT: Also, I hope you read that he asked for total price? When I put 230-270, that was the price shipped.

LOL, of course! £70 seems rather on the steep side, though. £30 is reasonable, though - maybe even a little on the light side. (40cm x 35cm x 25cm 5kg is £36.80 Interparcel Express Saver, 2 day delivery to the US with £50 compensation - I'd imagine £250 compensation would be around £6-10 extra). Also, always play with the size of the box where possible as it's volumetric. That's if you have a choice of a few boxes.

Decided to keep the first post the same, as if it ever came to disputes etc. then the post has not been edited after sale and its proof that it is what it is :) is it against forum rules bud? If it is I'll change it right now.

    Thanks

I think if you've sold something it should be removed from the original post, or marked as sold. I was under the impression it was still available until I read further down...

Anyway, that's a really nice demo unit. I wish I had the money :(

You need to clearly mark sold items in the first post.

Leaving the item is fine - some people like to use former sales threads as price checks. You don't HAVE to have one sales thread and keep updating it forever, but some people like to do that (or have so much stuff for sale, it's easier to add to that thread). So I can see the benefit of deleting. Others only sell occasionally, so it's sufficient to just strike through the price and put sold.

I've done it for you this time, and tidied up a bit. I made the embedded images of the sold product links, so they're still viewable - feel free to remove them if you prefer. It doesn't make much sense to have them load when they're sold, and have everyone scroll through them, though! ;)

I assume around £30-£60 depending on the service. Send me a PM and I'll be happy to discuss it further with you in better detail :)
