Last time I heard, Jelsoft was owned by Internet Brands. I suspect it's just a name change within the company as Jelsoft only do vBulletin - it makes sense to rebrand as vBulletin Solutions.

Oh sorry, I thought you meant recently - not two years ago. I can imagine there is a very good reason for him to sell up, seeing all of the troubles vBulletin had with security holes and sprawling code around that time.
