Jet Set Radio items, specifically the Japanese sample disc

I collect all things Jet Set Radio. At least for the Dreamcast. We'll cross the JSRF bridge when the opportunity presents itself. So far, I have all four versions of the game, and am working on a pre production disc, plus the prototype beat figure and some odds and ends.

I am looking for the JSR sample disc seen here.
Additionally, I need the demo discs from all regions that have JSR on them. Preferably with the sleeve, as I like to frame them for display.

Other than that, I am interested in any Jet Set Radio items you have. Magazines? Yes. Stickers? Sure. A printed copy of a raunchy Yoyo/Beat fanfiction that your "cousin" wrote? I don't see why not.
