Prepare (as suggested above, make sure you know your consumer electronics). Dress smartly (shirt and tie, no jeans, nice shoes not trainers). Be honest. Seem enthusiastic. Be flexible with working hours (always a big plus in a store, in the manager's eyes). Speak clearly and remain polite. Take a CV with you and references (in other words, make it easy for them to follow up after the interview). If you have an email address for her, follow up afterwards by thanking her for the interview without sounding like you are brown nosing her. Try to relax as much as possible. Think of possible questions she will ask you, mostly about how you would act in certain situations; e.g. When have you had to handle people who are angry? You should be able to describe it. When have you had to work in a team? What would you do if you caught someone stealing (could be customer or staff member)? - answer is to tell to the manager. While I said be honest, always tell them what they want to know when they ask you theoretical situations. If the interview appears to be leading to a negative situation, try to turn it around by changing the topic. Most importantly, plan questions to ask her. Ask during the course of the interview, but save some for the end of the interview when she asks "Do you have any more questions". And for goodness sake, don't ask about benefits and time off.
