SUPPOSEDLY Bandai released The Journeyman Project: Pegasus Prime in Japan for the PlayStation. I have NOT seen this in any Japanese release list so I question the people who say this.

Has anyone seen this game for sale on the PS-X in Japan?? I will give you a big reward if you are up to the challenge of finding the game for sale. Can anyone at least find the SLPS number to it??

I'm fairly certain no one will respond with any concrete information. (Just because another website says it was released doesn't mean it was. I need to see proof...SLPS #, covers, or for sale somewhere before I believe it)

Thanks guys and good luck hunting.

Sorry for not bringing anything new to the table but questions.

But I happen to have a little secret place in my heart for mid-90s PC->Console convertions (especially the obscure ones that didn't get world wide releases).

I did a few searches around, and I can't find anything besides the official site's mention of a PLAYSTATION release (But no proper info beyond that, and I guess that's the source for all other mentions of the console version too, such as the one in the Wiki entry).

Do you know if it changed name for the Japanese release? (I think this is very likely the case)
Do you know what company it was that supposedly handled the console port and publishing?

I don't know if the name changed. It was supposed to be published by Bandai (they also published the Pippin's version). I have not seen anything remotely close to it anywhere. I don't think it was released anywhere. I think the company website doesn't know what they are talking about.

I don't think the name was changed. I found it* in one PS software database. The database is maintained by one guy who lists games he owns or information that has been sent to him. It seems that he doesn't have the game but I contacted him if he has more information about it and am now waiting for a reply.

The short entry only mentions a movie adventure, (to be?) ported by Bandai and released on three CDs for 8.800 Yen. Maybe just a plan that got cancelled.

*the name I looked for is the Katakana transcription of the English name -> ジャーニーマンプロジェクト ペガサスプライム

Good work! I haven't been able to find any product codes (SLPS) for it, but I'm crossing my fingers that this guy replies to your email Wish I could read Japanese. Thanks again!

It says "Jiyaniman Purojiekuto Pegasasu Puraimu," in case you were wondering.
