Does anybody know what parts I would want to get to replace the joysticks in controllers with worn sticks? I mean the actual joystick/potentiometer module. I imagine it’s different for different kinds of controllers, but really I’m looking to refurbish/restore all of my controllers so I’m hoping to find parts for all of them — I want to replace the joysticks in some of my GameCube, Xbox (both Duke and S-type), Xbox 360, and PS2 controllers, so I kind of need parts for all of them.

Also, are third party replacement rubber tops any good? My Xbox controllers and a few of my GameCube ones are a little extra worn down…

i bought 2 Joysticks with POTS for a faulty PS3 controller i had , i got them from AliExpress. They're not original but they work and got good feedback from other users.

also i have bought 4 XBOX360 rubber thumbstick replacements , 2 were from RichsPSXParts and 2 were from another seller both are quite good. I did however buy a 10 pack of PS3 from Richs and they were terrible , they didn't have rubber on them just plastic so they're ready for the bin. Not Richs fault just a poor replacement part.

i too would like some Gamecube thumbsticks so if you track some down that are quite good i'd be interested in getting some.
