    F-1 World Grand Prix II (N64) Europe

    I'm not 100% on this one. I'm pretty sure Video System developed it, though I remember hearing that Paradigm had something to do with the original (which was released worldwide), so Video System might have just been the publisher.

    The Master System version of Sonic the Hedgehog 2 comes to mind. Pretty much identical to the Game Gear one but only released in Europe (and maybe Brazil). I'm sure there are many more given how popular the Master System was in these places.

    KID-Developed games: Low-G Man, G.I. Joe 1 & 2., Kickmaster
    LJN (ATLUS-/Westone- developed games): Friday the 13th, Karate Kid, Gotcha!, Jaws, etc.

    -Bomberman Online, US only release, developed by Hudson Soft
    -Alien Front Online, US only release, developed by some of the internal sega studios at the time of the DC including Japanese ones - game concept was also created by a Japanese designer
