Hey, I don't think it's worth anything at all but I'm interested to know how many exist. I don't believe there's anything different in the game. It's a big image but it's a really bad scan (couldn't be bothered pulling out the digicam)
Thats a PS "Black label". Similar to DC "White labels" in that they are (usually) final copies sent out to reviewers, the only difference being that they sometimes haven't undergone full testing. Certainly uncommon, but there isn't a big collectors market out there for them (because they essentially are the same game as the released) so they aren't worth much. Exceptions are where the game itself is rare, and on the very rare occasions that a game is sent to reviewers but not released (Only example I can think of is "Flintstones Viva Rock Vegas" On the DC, where the white labels are worth ~£80). Finally a game with a big collectors community (Final Fantasy, for example) will sell for a lot, but only because there will be a lot of interest and competition for it Generally ones that aren't described above generally only sell for £5-£20, approximately the same as the commercial version on eBay etc.
'Rent A Hero No.1' for XBox is another that falls into that catagory, though it's undumped still, hence it goes for a lot more then "Flintstones Viva Rock Vegas" when copies surface
