I'm excited too. I hope they port the saturn story mode from the saturn version and not just the arcade game itself. Here's hopeing for a translation of the story.

Trailer. Given that it shows part of the opening cutscene and the launch scene from the first level, I'd say that the full Saturn mode is there. The only downside is that the resale on my Saturn copy just went down by like half. :cry:
It means that the game will be able to be bought for $60 now as opposed to $150+. For guys like me this is great as I can now afford to own this game.
Why the heck would they do a XBLA port of Radiant Silvergun if Mircrosoft REFUSED to let Cave make an XBLA port of DDP: DOJ (they had to do a DVD port instead), the port for DDP looks awesome, and it would be the first time it could have been played on an American console, now don't get me wrong, Radiant Silvergun is an awesome game (except on mame), but why not take anything AWESOME that Cave has to offer?
Marketing I take it, plus demand. Microsoft looks at radiant silvergun as a win since it goes for insane prices on ebay and people often request it to be re released.
Well there goes my idea of not owning another 360. Will probably just splurge on a JTAGable system but I do like the idea of actually being able to play online...decisions decisions.
Ha, I'm sort of hoping the same thing right now. It sounds like getting this game up and running on the 360 is going to be a bitch either way (either porting it from the Saturn or emulating it), though. :/
I had no idea who major nelson was until yesterday. What a tit he is. They've been doing the TGS specials on the Japanese XBox live with one that featured a play play with the UK host and Major Nelson. Like a typical idiot he was over the top and couldn't keep his hands off the Japanese female presenter. Yakumo
