Hey guys! I just scored a DECHA00A PS3 Debugging Station. This is my first one and I am definitely new to this. My ultimate goal is to be able to make it play Dark Souls with online capabilities. Does anyone know if I will be able to do this, and how I would go about setting this system up to do that. I have scoured google and multiple articles but there isn't any strong guidelines that point me in the right direction for me to get started when I get home. Thanks! Also, sorry for being a noob.
You'll either get banned or even bricked. Why would you buy such an item just to take it online? would've been cheaper just to go out and buy a retail one.
Oh, I didn't buy it, a friend gave it to me. He didnt care to make posts and stuff to try to sell it, he's moving and just wanted to downsize. so, I figured hey, why the hell not, if I can't get it to work I can just resale it to someone who does want it.
It's the same as obtaining a PS2 TOOL or TEST unit, or a PSX... and then modding it to play burned games. :mad-new: These are all rare (Or maybe just uncommon) consoles, and their worth will get lowered once they lose some functionality or were tampered with. (And at some part of this planet, some people will hate you for that)
Yeah, the more and more I research this, I am probably just going to sell it and buy a retail PS3. Sad day when I need 50 posts to sell here.
