For a while I've been working on a JVS client and now it's pretty much in completion. I can: - Play games directly on my Lindbergh Universal HD cabinet via PC - Play driving games directly on my Outrun 2 (HD Modded) cabinet via PC - Play various arcade games directly linking JVS from my PC (Tekken 7 FR, Mario Kart DX) - Gun cabinet support will be added when I am done assembling it in my new apartment. So basically I can play Emulator (MAME/Demul), PC games, any games that run on PC on my cabs Will post progress here and later the program. No more tinkering with ridiculous JVS->USB devices that cost like 100$. Parts for this cost approx 10$ if you have COM port in your PC. OR2 cab preview with vJoy. Here is video of OR2 cabinet connected to PC via JVS+HDMI. Using Demul to play Crazy Taxi. https://www.dropbox.com/s/cghscwhrls4sca4/2017-02-23 19.58.50.mp4?dl=0
Just to make sure I have this right. Are you saying you have a JVS IO emulator? If so I would be quite interested in hearing a bit more about it. It's been on my ToDo list of eventually building a JVS emulator that can run on a raspberry Pi Zero. (USB Arcade Stick -> Pi Zero -> Arcade PCB). It would be a great new age for JVS Superguns if so.
