I just wanna try to solder serial cable into ps2 and Ive got one simple question. According to this site I can use MAX3232 instead of MAX3323. And I just want to ask if it is possible to use this device?

You could... but you must ensure that the TTL levels remain at 1.7V. If you read the entire site, he wrote that the MAX3232 does not have the VL pin and hence operates at higher TTL levels than the EE can handle on its own. You must create your own circuit to compensate for this.
