Haha, yeah I hadn't either, but with a lot of these internet memes I am lost on them until they're way overdone. I didn't even know what a "rickroll" was until a year or so after it was out. And South Park introduced me to a lot of them I hadn't seen before (Chocolate Rain). But this one is by far my favorite (if I had to choose) mainly because now living in Japan, I understand a lot about it that many back in Western countries might not catch. Luckily, no one has crumpled my business card yet
It's his face that gets me...the zooming in and all...it's just absurd. Plus major disrespect for crumpling a business card in someone's face (although yes I realize it's made to be comedic) still a pretty fucked up thing to do.
In a 1min sketch, 9 seconds of speech... 51 seconds of hilarious (almost) silence as we wonder why the Japanese broadcast industry has never coined the phrase 'SILENCE ON SET!' What happens in this?
This became a minor meme for a little while, and then everyone got tired of it because it was dumb. I only saved one of them. You have to read it like its a Manga, right to left. Don't know why.
Apparently the professor in the interview is a master at making people feel uncomfortable...bravo I say. Anything that can make others feel totally awkward and makes me laugh is good
I would have smacked him in the face. I can't stand stupid sods who pull dumb looking faces like that. Just annoys the shit out of me. I don't find it funny at all. Sort of like a smarmy twat if you will  yakumo
i lol'd hard. and now, i understand the joke. In retrospect i had seen the mems before and thought it was funny. But now i seen the source and it's like OH LORD LOL
